Spring Celebration 2013 Bet on the Wheels
On April 23, The Guilds of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts hosted the Spring Celebration 2013 Bet on the Wheels at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine. The Segerstrom Center Spring Celebration 2013 event, which attracted 340 attendees, included a martini lounge, Asian cafe, gastro pub, Italian trattoria, sweets shop and specialty coffee house, as well as entertainment, including casino gaming, a jazz quartet, cabaret, magician, stilt walker and more, plus a silent and live auction. The Fund-A-Future live auction garnered $84,000, with the entire evening netting $200,000 to help the center continue to serve the community and provide educational programming year-round. —M.M.
